Who these terms are between
Crush is operated by [OPERATING ENTITY]. These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform, in two distinct roles: creators, who publish and sell content, and fans, who buy it. The two are separate accounts with separate credentials; holding one does not grant the other.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to hold an account of either kind. Fans confirm their date of birth before any adult content is delivered. Creators additionally verify identity and age before any content is accepted or any payout is made.
What a purchase gives you
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view the item you bought, for as long as your account is in good standing. It does not transfer ownership or any right to copy, redistribute, resell or publish the content anywhere.
A subscription grants access to a creator’s catalogue for the period you paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
The price you are charged is the price recorded on the platform at the moment the offer was made. It is never taken from your browser.
What creators are responsible for
Creators warrant that they hold every right necessary to sell what they upload, that every person depicted was an adult who consented to the recording and to its sale, and that the required records exist for every performer. Content that breaches this is removed and the account suspended.
Prohibited content and conduct
No content involving minors, real or simulated. No content published without the consent of everyone depicted, including intimate images shared without consent. No bestiality, no non-consensual acts, no content depicting or promoting violence, coercion or trafficking. No impersonation of another person or creator.
Attempting to circumvent payment, to extract media you have not bought, to scrape the platform, or to interfere with its operation ends your account.
Payments, refunds and chargebacks
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Purchases of digital content are generally final once delivered. Where a refund is granted, the access it paid for is revoked at the same time.
Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting support may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the revocation of everything bought on it.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud, or where we are required to do so by law. Records we are legally required to keep survive the closure of an account.
Reporting and contact
To report content, request its removal, or raise a dispute, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Reports of non-consensual or underage content are prioritised over everything else and are actioned before they are investigated.
